Delivery Information
We supply apparel to the United Kingdom, Nigeria, Australia and worldwide. All delivery times are from the date of dispatch, after production is complete.
From Order to Delivery
Order Confirmed
You receive an order confirmation and invoice. Production begins after deposit payment and artwork approval.
Production
Standard production is 10–15 business days. Rush production (5–7 days) available on request.
Dispatch
You receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.
Delivery
Your order is delivered to your specified address. Delivery times vary by destination (see table below).
Delivery Zones & Timescales
All times are business days from dispatch, after production is complete. Production lead times are additional (see above).

Tracking
All orders are dispatched with a tracking number. You will receive an email notification with your tracking link once your order has been collected by the courier.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and any local charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Large or Pallet Orders
For very large orders (pallet quantities), we arrange dedicated freight. Delivery timescales and costs are quoted separately. Contact us for a freight quote.
