Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sanct Limited website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Sanct Limited. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. An order is only confirmed when we issue a written order confirmation or invoice. Prices shown on the website are indicative "from" prices — final pricing is confirmed on quotation.
3. Custom & Branded Orders
For custom or branded orders, production begins only after: • Written approval of the design proof or pre-production sample • Receipt of the agreed deposit (typically 50%)
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or amended. Custom orders are non-returnable unless faulty.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. A 50% deposit is required before production; the balance is due before dispatch. We accept bank transfer (BACS/SWIFT) and card payment via invoice link. Overdue invoices may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
5. Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (including customs clearance, courier delays, or force majeure events). Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please see our Returns Policy for full details. In summary: custom/branded orders are non-returnable unless faulty; plain stock items may be returned within 14 days in original condition.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including images, text and design) is the property of Sanct Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
By submitting artwork or logos for branding purposes, you confirm that you own or have the right to use the intellectual property and indemnify us against any third-party claims.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order or use of this website is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of our website or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance.
